Payment: For all new clients, a $50 deposit per person is required prior to your appointment. Payment details will be outlined in your booking conformation email. The balance can be paid by cash or card on the day of treatment.

Cancellation and rescheduling:
Cancellations and no-shows within 24hrs of appointment time will incur a fee of 100% of your treatment price.
Cancellations with notice more than 24hrs from your appointment time will receive a full refund of deposit.
No-shows or last minute cancellations greatly impact my small business as staff still need to be paid. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, I appreciate as much notice as possible to allow your appointment to be filled by new clients. By proceeding to make a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment to fill in a client record card and settle in. This will ensure your treatment starts on time. Please understand, due to other bookings, your treatment time may be reduced if you arrive late.​
