Payment: Payments are NOT taken prior to your appointment. Full payment by cash or card will be processed on the day of treatment.
The following cards are accepted
Cancellation and rescheduling: To avoid a cancellation fee of 100% of your treatment price, please notify Anutara at least 24 hours prior to your booking time if you are unable to attend your appointment. No-shows or last minute cancellations greatly impact my small business. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, I appreciate as much notice as possible to allow your appointment time to be filled by new clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment to fill in a client record card and settle in. This will ensure your treatment starts on time. Please understand, due to other bookings, your treatment time may be reduced if you arrive late.
